Nutrichem Technologies was founded by Rajeev Hiremath, a visionary leader with over 30 years of hands-on expertise in nutrition science and manufacturing. With 11 patents to his credit and decades of experience building scalable manufacturing systems, Rajeev brings a rare blend of scientific depth and business pragmatism — always focused on creating solutions that deliver real-world impact, not just promises.
Born and raised in the farming village of Muglihall, Rajeev witnessed firsthand the limitations and challenges of traditional fertilizer practices. This early experience shaped his lifelong mission: to reimagine plant nutrition through innovation, sustainability, and scale.
Under his leadership, Nutrichem has become a hub of IP-backed innovations such as Neo Urea, designed to reduce input risks, improve efficiency, and expand partner profitability. Guided by Rajeev’s vision, Nutrichem continues to pioneer solutions that empower farmers, strengthen agriculture, and build a more sustainable future.
